As a dedicated early childhood educator with over 25 years experience in teaching, administration and adult learning facilitation, I am committed to ensuring that families , communities and the early childhood sector are knowledgeable, supported and confident to work as a team to maximise potential for all young children.

My in-depth understanding of how young children develop and learn, combined with my knowledge of regulations and frameworks: NQS and the EYLF means that I can support your early childhood educators, families and sector leaders to develop the best practice, meeting each child where they are at.

My aim is to support rural and regional  WA to have access to services, support and guidance at family, community and Shire level, using AEDC and local contextual data to inform change.

My roles:

  • Level 3 classroom teacher ECE

  • SAER (Students at Educational Risk) Co-ordinator

  • Deputy Principal in a specialist early childhood school,

  • facilitator of adult learning.

  • Allied Health Assistant in Occupational Therapy  - paediatric

  • Certified Interplay Therapist - healing trauma and disruption through play

Outside of work I am Mum to three fabulous boys, who inspire me each and every day; I am married to a wonderfully supportive and caring man. I get my energy from nature and being with people.

My life is filled with fun, laughter and great people.
